When you request an appointment, BAYKAM collects the name, contact details, appointment location, service, time, and notes you submit to coordinate your request. Appointment records are stored using Supabase, and appointment alerts are sent to BAYKAM using Resend.

This website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect appointment submissions against automated abuse. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum for information about its processing.

Please do not submit identification numbers, financial documents, or other sensitive document contents in appointment notes. For questions about your appointment information, contact baykam-notary@outlook.com.
